Sarah Yelland is the Lead Architectural Designer and founder of Restormel Architectural Services, based in Cornwall. With extensive experience across residential, commercial and care-sector developments, Sarah specialises in delivering technically robust, policy-compliant, and visually compelling design solutions from concept through to construction.

Her portfolio includes new-build homes, self-build projects, care-home extensions, commercial storage developments, flat conversions, and bespoke steel-framed workshops.
